Negative: Failed to provide an estimate after a site visit.

Steve has been to my house twice and has been incredibly professional, kind, and clean both times. The first time, there was a leaking bathtub in my 2nd floor bathroom and although he had to cut the ceiling in the living room, he identified the problem and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He came the second time to my house to address a non-working kitchen sink garbage disposal and did it on the day I was moving! I couldn't have been more grateful for his services that day!

They came in and installed a water heater and didn't charge too much. Courteous service. Quality work.

Didn't have the courtesy to give me a estimate on the job, after wasting my time to look at it.
